Dear   ENGAGEMENT LETTER   Thank you for instructing us.  This engagement letter confirms our agreement to act as solicitors on your behalf and the terms on which we agree to do so.  We confirm that, in acting on your behalf, we are subject to all governing legislation, codes of conduct, regulations and professional rules applicable to solicitors in England and Wales generally.  We shall discuss with you any potential conflicts of interest that we believe may arise.  In the event that you have any concerns or complaints about any aspect related to our services or charges please contact me. We will do all we can to resolve any issues internally as quickly as possible.  However, in the event that you are still dissatisfied and wish to make a complaint you should contact the Solcitors Regulation Authority.   You have already read and understood our terms and conditions (v[] effective []) and we confirm that they form part of our agreement with you and are incorporated unamended into this Letter of Engagement by reference.  Should you need to obtain a hard copy please print them off from the ‘Engage Us’ section of our website at www.haftke.com.  Unless otherwise agreed with you in advance we shall charge for the time we spend acting on your matters at the rate of £[ ] per hour.
