1 We discuss with you by telephone or in person what service you need, whether we can act and if so, on what basis.	2 We conduct any necessary conflict searches and  money laundering checks.	3 If we can act, you will need to read and confirm our terms and conditions referred to in our standard Letter of Engagement.	4 We will agree the scope and price of our services and then email to you a .pdf signed version of our standard Letter of Engagement
