~ The first telephone consultation or first consultation at our offices or your offices on any potential new matter is Free of Charge (excluding travel time and disbursements)   ~ All time spent on routine communications with clients is Free of Charge   ~ All time spent on client file administration is Free of Charge   ~ All informal telephone discussions with clients on generic matters unrelated to opened files are Free of Charge (allowing you to 'pick our brains')   ~ Existing clients are entitled to request and receive a monthly client care relationship check-up to discuss any and all matters of interest or concern and plan for coming actitivity, Free of Charge   ~ Existing clients are also entitled to a client care telephone call at a regular pre-arranged time once a week Free of Charge   ~ In appropriate circumstances, existing clients are able to receive on-site legal workshops for their in-house teams Free of Charge (other than disbursements)
